These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Maharashtra. You and we agree that any such dispute shall be brought and resolved on an individual basis, and shall not be combined with any other dispute involving any other party.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
