By messaging the Togethrly WhatsApp bot or using the Togethrly web platform (together, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users — players, creators, and visitors.
Togethrly is a WhatsApp-based quiz platform. We enable:
You must be at least 13 years old to use Togethrly. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent. Creators who wish to receive payouts must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Indian bank account or UPI ID.
Togethrly does not use traditional username/password accounts. Your identity on the platform is tied to your WhatsApp phone number. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your WhatsApp number on our platform. Do not share your WhatsApp account with others in a way that could compromise your Togethrly session or earnings.
Creator dashboard access is granted via a time-limited signed link sent to your WhatsApp number. You are responsible for keeping this link private.
Some packs are free; others require a one-time payment set by the creator. All payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to their terms. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Due to the digital nature of quiz packs — which are immediately accessible upon payment — all purchases are non-refundable unless the pack is defective or significantly differs from its description. In such cases, contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
Quiz results are generated based on the answers submitted. Togethrly does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of quiz content or results for any specific purpose. Results are for entertainment only.
Any user can request creator access through the WhatsApp bot. By publishing packs, you agree to these Creator Terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.
You retain ownership of the quiz content you create. By publishing a pack on Togethrly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and deliver your content to players through our platform. You represent that:
Creators earn 65% of the net sale price (after payment gateway fees) for every pack sold. Togethrly retains 35% as a platform fee. Earnings accumulate in your creator account and can be withdrawn at any time via UPI or bank transfer, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount we may set. Payouts are processed within 3–7 business days of approval.
We reserve the right to withhold or reverse earnings for transactions found to be fraudulent or disputed.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your earnings from Togethrly. We may collect and report information to tax authorities as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove, unpublish, or reject any pack that violates these Terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, or harmful. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

The Togethrly name, logo, platform design, and all original content produced by us are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent. Creator-generated content remains the property of the creator, subject to the licence granted in Section 6.2.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or errors. Quiz content is created by independent creators — we do not verify the accuracy or appropriateness of every question and answer. Togethrly is not responsible for the content of third-party links shared within packs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Togethrly and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
